1—Obtain the Tax ID number (number that is strictly necessary to open a bank account, apply for a mortgage, and sign any contracts in Portugal);
2— Pay the municipal property tax;
3— File the tax returns in case any income is generated in Portugal, such as the rental income or the capital gains in case the property is sold;
4—Act on behalf of the clients before the Portuguese Inland Revenue, whenever is necessary;
5—Liaise with solicitors and property management companies on behalf of the clients;
6—Provide the necessary tax consultancy services.
